Navigating Dengtai Network
2. Getting Started: Registration
To register your account, follow these steps:
1. Click on the “Login/Sign Up” button.
2. Switch to the “Sign Up” tab.
3. Choose the type of account you’d like to register: Candidate or Employer.
- Candidates can publish their resumes and portfolios and apply for job listings.
- Employers can publish job listings and showcase their company profiles.
4. Fill out the registration form:
- Enter your First Name and Last Name using either Chinese characters or English letters.
- Choose a Username (using only English letters and numbers).
- Input your email and phone number (these will not be published).
- Create your password (we’ll send your login information to your email).
- Fill in the captcha.
- Check the acceptance of our Terms and Privacy Policies.
5. Click “Sign Up.”
6. Check your email for the One Time Password (OTP) sent to verify your email address.
7. Enter the OTP and click “Verify.”
8. After verification, you will be redirected to your Dashboard.
That’s it! Welcome on board!
3. Employer's Dashboard
1. Dashboard Page
This is the Employer dashboard. It will display quick statistics for jobs posted, candidates applied, upcoming meetings, followers, and page views.
2. Job Page
- a. Job List
This is the Employer job list; it will display all jobs that the employer has posted. Here, the employer can change the status of the job.
- b. Post a job form
Click Button Post a Job. Here you can enter the content of the job you want to post. The left side is the “About this job” sidebar to see a summary of the content you add
3. Candidates
This is the Employer candidate list; it will display all candidates following; a list of candidates who have been invited job. Here, the employer view details of the candidate; send an email to the candidate, and delete the candidate from the list.
4. Applicants Page
This is the Employer applicant list; it will display all candidate applicants for the job that employer has posted. Here, the employer can change the status of the applicant; download the cv of the candidate; and create meetings with the candidate.
5. My Following
This is the Employer following list, it will display all candidates following the employer (In the tab My Follow) or the employer following the candidate (In the tab Candidate follow). Here, the employer can see details information about the candidate, delete the candidate, and send emails to the candidate.
6. Package
This is the Package list; it will display all packages or services that the employer can purchase.
7. Messages
Dengtai Network enables private messaging to direct communication between employers and candidates. This feature improves engagement and simplifies the recruitment process.
8. Meetings
This is the Meetings list; it will display all meetings that are upcoming or completed that the employer has created with the candidate before.
9. Company
This is the Company list; it will display all companies that the employer has created before.
- Add new company
Click the Button Add New Company. Here you can enter the content of the company you want to post. The left side is the “Preview” sidebar to see a summary of the content you add.
10. Settings
At Setting, employers can change personal information, change passwords or deactivate account.
4. Candidate's Dashboard
1. Dashboard Page
This is the Candidate dashboard. It will display quick statistics for jobs applied, company followed, company reviews, and upcoming meetings.
2. Profile
At Profile, the candidate can add more information about themselves: Basic info, education, experience, skills, projects, and awards.
3. My Jobs
At My Jobs will display all jobs that candidate has applied, added to wishlist and be invited by the employer.
5. My Reviews
At My Reviews will display all the reviews that the candidate has previously rated.
6. My Following
At My Following will display all the companies that are being followed by the candidate.
7. Messages
Dengtai Network enables private messaging to direct communication between employers and candidates. This feature improves engagement and simplifies the recruitment process.
8. Meetings
At meetings will show all upcoming meetings scheduled by employer. Candidate can reschedule appointments.
9. Settings
At Settings, candidate can change password or deactivate account.

1. Jobs Listings: Searching for the perfect opportunity or talent is now effortless. Explore job openings across various categories, from orchestras to casting calls, with advanced filters tailored to refine your search based on location, job type, and salary range.
2. Company Profiles: Employers, seize the chance to create a lasting impression. Our company profile pages enable you to showcase your organization’s culture, values, and benefits. Attract top-tier performers by highlighting your company’s essence and vision.
3. Candidates Profiles: Job seekers, it’s your time to shine. Dengtai Network empowers you to present your portfolio and manage your resume with ease. Attach your credentials to job applications seamlessly using our dynamic Resume/CV Management feature.
For both employers and candidates, the key to success lies in personalized results. Dengtai Network boasts robust search options and advanced filters that empower you to narrow down listings precisely as you desire.
Explore job listings by jobs categories, location, job type, and salary range. Companies and candidates’ profiles can also be filtered by categories, locations, qualifications, education level, gender, and more. We remain committed to enhancing your user experience, continuously adding more filter criteria to cater to your evolving needs.
To access the filter on mobile devices, simply tap the “Filter” button located directly below the header and search bar.
6. Elevate Your Profile: Crafting a Standout Candidate's Portfolio
Your journey on Dengtai Network begins with crafting a captivating profile and portfolio that showcases your performing arts prowess. Our user-centric design ensures a seamless process, so let’s delve into the components that will captivate talent seekers and open doors to remarkable opportunities.
Embarking on this journey is as easy as clicking the “Update Profile” button in your Candidate’s Dashboard.
Once there, you’ll encounter a world of possibilities across five tabs that form your candidate profile:
1. Basic Information Tab:
Here, you shape your identity on the platform. Add your photo and a captivating cover image. Share essential details such as your first name, last name, email address, and phone number. Highlight your current position, areas of expertise, and a compelling description. While your date of birth remains private, it enables us to provide personalized recommendations. Your age, on the other hand, will be public and help talent seekers identify fitting candidates. Gender, educational qualification, expected salary level, and location are additional vital fields. Showcase your resume, integrate social media links, and share your visual journey through photo galleries and video links.
2. Education Tab:
Highlight your academic journey on the Education tab. Input your school name, degree, period of study, and a brief description if desired. This section accommodates multiple institutions, allowing you to paint a comprehensive picture of your educational background.
3. Experience Tab:
Capture your professional evolution in the Experience tab. Include job titles, company names, and employment periods. Add multiple work experiences to showcase your growth and expertise in the performing arts realm.
4. Projects Tab:
Showcase your creative projects and collaborations on the Projects tab. Attach images, project titles, URLs, and concise descriptions. This versatile section enables you to illustrate your contribution to various initiatives, enhancing your portfolio’s diversity.
5. Awards Tab:
Celebrate your achievements in the Awards tab. List titles, award dates, and accompanying descriptions. This section shines a spotlight on your exceptional talents and contributions to the performing arts field.
Once you’ve meticulously crafted your profile, click “Publish” to showcase your talents to the world.
7. Showcase Your Brand: Crafting an Engaging Company Profile
Dengtai Network empowers employers to shine a spotlight on their company’s essence and offerings through engaging profiles. This guide will walk you through the seamless process of creating a captivating company profile that resonates with talent seekers and partners alike.
Starting your journey is effortless – head over to the Company page on your Employer’s Dashboard
and click the “+Add New Company” button. From there, you’re just steps away from constructing an impactful profile that elevates your brand presence.
To establish your company profile, provide the following key details:
1. Company Name:
Begin by entering your company’s name, capturing its identity at a glance.
2. Category Selection:
Choose the category that best aligns with your company’s focus, ensuring it’s placed within the right context.
3. Company Description:
Craft a compelling description that encapsulates your company’s vision, values, and offerings. This is your opportunity to make a lasting impression.
4. Website URL:
Link your official website to guide interested parties to a deeper exploration of your brand.
5. Contact Details:
Provide essential contact information, including your phone number and email address, enabling seamless communication with potential collaborators.
6. Visual Branding:
Enhance your profile’s visual appeal by uploading your company’s logo and cover image.
7. Social Network Links:
Integrate your company’s online presence by sharing links to your social media profiles.
8. Location Selection:
Specify your company’s location to ensure accurate and relevant categorization.
9. Photo Gallery:
Enrich your profile by showcasing your company’s culture, team, and projects through a curated photo gallery.
10. Introduction Video URL:
Capture your company’s essence through video content by adding a URL to an introduction video.
11. Final Touch: Publish:
Once you’ve meticulously tailored your profile, click “Publish” to set your brand in motion.
Rest assured, our team will ensure the accuracy and authenticity of your submitted information. After a thorough verification process by our administrators, your company profile will grace our directories, expanding your reach within the performing arts community. Each Employer can create multiple companies.
8. Posting Jobs Listings for Employers:
Dengtai Network empowers employers to find the ideal candidates for their roles through impactful job listings. This guide will walk you through the process of creating enticing job postings that resonate with potential applicants and drive successful collaborations.
Embark on the journey of posting job listings with ease. In your Employer’s Dashboard, click the “Post Job” button to start shaping your opportunity and tapping into a pool of skilled candidates.
To construct a captivating job listing, provide the following details:
1. Job Title:
Give your listing a clear and attention-grabbing title that accurately represents the position.
2. Job Category:
Select the appropriate category to help potential candidates quickly identify the nature of the role.
3. Job Type:
Specify whether the position is full-time, part-time, contract-based, or an internship.
4. Job Description:
Craft a detailed and engaging description that outlines the responsibilities, expectations, and benefits of the role.
5. Work Experience Requirement:
Specify the required period of work experience for applicants, ensuring alignment with the role’s demands.
6. Qualification Level:
Indicate the desired educational background or qualification level of potential candidates.
7. Gender Preference:
If applicable, mention any gender preferences for the role.
8. Application Deadline:
Define the closing days for accepting applications, which signals when your listing will be deactivated.
9. Salary Information:
Include transparent and competitive salary details to attract candidates with the right expectations.
10. Application Methods:
Choose how candidates can apply: via email, external application URL, internal dashboard applications, or phone.
11. Company Affiliation:
Select the company on whose behalf you’re publishing the job listing.
12. Work Location:
Specify the workplace’s location, adding a new location if necessary.
13. Visual Enhancements:
Enrich your listing’s visual appeal by uploading a cover image and photo gallery.
14. Introduction Video URL:
Embed an introduction video URL to provide deeper insights into the role and company culture.
15. Final Step: Publish:
Once you’ve meticulously tailored your job listing, click “Publish” to unveil your opportunity to potential candidates.
Rest assured, our team will verify the accuracy and authenticity of your submitted information. After thorough examination by our administrators, your job listing will shine among our directories, effectively connecting you with the right talent.
